How does Kaira's lyrics relate to the novel?
In the novel Theodore said five things that he would want to accomplished. Those Five things were to graduate from high school, get a job, save his money, avoid situations that might turn violent, and lose the name armpit. This relates to Kaira's lyrics "Got no rearview mirror And none on either side. Ain't no lookin' back, babe, When I take you for a ride! It relates by saying in spite of bad things that can happen there is no looking back you have to move forward.

I think you did very good on this, but you could be a little bit more clear.
like Yuki said you should be more clear on what you are saying and you should write a bit more while explaining more too.
